The apartment is part 2 story characteristic building in the charming hills of San Siro near the center of Lake Como. The stunning lake views, cozy interior and Italian vibe will instantly makes you feel in holiday mode.
The accommodation can be accessed though a range of staircases and its layout is as follows: Entrance and corridor providing access to all rooms of the home. Separate toilet area. 3 Bedrooms with comfortable beds and cozy interior throughout. 2 bedrooms come with stunning lake views and a double bed. 1 bedroom has two single beds. The corridor connects the spacious and cozy living space with open fully fitted kitchen, including sink, cooker hob, refrigerator with freezer compartments, oven as well as a dish washer. The living room comes with comfortable sofa and dining table for up to six persons. The available flatscreen TV includes a satellite connection with international TV channels as well the possibility to watch Netflix. The bathroom includes a shower with cabin, sink and toilet. Bedlinen and towels will be provided.
The shared garden downstairs is the place to be! Equipped with a raised patio and comfy sun loungers and outdoor furniture, this is a lovely area to enjoy a couple of drinks, sit back, relax and enjoy the great views. The sun canopy provides comfortable means and keeps temperature comfortable on sunny days.
The holiday accommodation is right in the middle of the quiet, authentic hamlet of Pezzo, municipality San Siro, about 100 meters above lake and just 1.5 kilometers from the main road connecting all towns on the western shore of Lake Como. Groceries and daily necessities and local restaurants are all within a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. As the apartment is situated in a historic area, parking is within a few minutes walk.
