The balcony doors lead directly to a sunny private terrace including comfy outdoor furniture with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains, the ideal place for dining and relaxing together. The ground floor is completed by the bathroom including shower, wash basin and toilet. The washing machine is located directly next to the bathroom.
The accommodation is ideal for up to 2 adults. The property is completed by a small tiled front yard including outdoor furniture.
Your car is safe and dry in the private garage box. A high chair and baby bed can be booked for a small additional charge. The cleaning fee includes the costs for bedlinen, towels packages and the final cleaning.
The modern residence has a beautiful non-heated swimming pool with ample space around, the perfect way to relax and stay refreshed in the fantastic sun! The pool is open from June 15 through September 15.

Adjacent to the local beach is the ferry stop which brings you to the major towns on the lake, a great way to explore Lake Como.
Central lake town Menaggio is a 15 minutes drive away and the nearby northern towns of Dongo, Gravedona and Domaso offer plenty of options for the water sports enthusiasts including windsurfing, boating, kitesurfing and kayaking.
