The living room comes with a sofa for 2/3 persons, flatscreen TV with international and Italian TV channels and provides direct access via the sliding door to the private outdoor dining area and garden with fantastic panoramic views.

The shared swimming pool with stunning lake and mountain views can be accessed from a private path, exclusively used by the property and common entrance. The approximate dimensions of the swimming pool are 12x5x1.3m deep. The unheated swimming pool is open from April 15 through September 30 and provides ample space for the provided sun beds and comes with an outdoor shower. The living room is shared with the open high-end fully fitted kitchen and a marvellous all-glass long dining table for up to 6 persons. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, induction cooking hob with innovative invert suction hood, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The living space provides access to the landing leading up to the two bedrooms and the ensuite bathrooms.

The main bedroom features two premium boxspring kingsize beds (180x200cm) in each bedroom.
Both bedrooms have lake and mountain views, come with a large size wardrobe and have direct access to the private garden. The main bathroom features a hand-built sauna, bath, rainfall shower, modern washbasin and a toilet. The second ensuite bathroom with lake view includes a wash basin, rainfall shower and toilet.

The apartment is part of a small-scale modern residence of 5 units in the hills above the town of Lenno. The apartment comes with a private designated parking space at the residence. The property can be reached by two elevators as well as by several flights of stairs. The lower elevator is currently out of service, so you can only reach the apartment by going down the last two short flight of stairs.

You will benefit from its great central location, just minutes from the center of Lenno, with several bars and restaurants along the lake and central lake road in the heart of Lake Como.

The local ferry service brings you conveniently from Lenno to many towns on the lake including Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzo, Domaso as well as Argegno, Moltrasio and Como city.
