The adjoining balcony offers panoramic lake and mountain views, which makes it great place to enjoy the natural beauty Lake Como has to offer while starting your day and enjoying your breakfast or cup of coffee. The floor is completed by the bathroom which comes with a bath, bidet, toilet and sink. The upper floor, which can be reached by stairs, features the 2 bedrooms and second bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and large wardrobe and provides direct access to the adjoining balcony with great lake and mountain views. The bathroom upstairs is connected to all bedrooms and features a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has bunk bed. From the obvious water sports and lake-related activities which include boat renting, wind- and kitesurfing, kayaking, ferry boats and nice lake-facing towns filled with restaurants, bars and entertainment to the more peaceful areas in the surrounding mountains offering numerous hiking, cycling and other sporty adventures. The centrally located pretty town of Menaggio is just 4 kilometers away and is easily reached on foot, car or bus. Menaggio is the nearest place to go on board of the ferry boat and visit the most beautiful towns of Varenna, Bellagio as well as Como city, Lenno and Tremezzo. Como city is home to many pretty historical buildings, nice squares with various shops and is small enough to stroll through in a couple of hours. Lenno and Tremezzo are famous for its magnificent villas and their gardens, including Villa Carlotta (Tremezzo) and the truly astonishing Villa del Balbianello (Lenno).
Two restaurants and bars, a mini market, butcher and grocery shop are a 3-minutes walk from the apartment.
