The kitchen features a cooking hob, oven, microwave and everything else you need.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub including splash screen, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The airconditioned spacious bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space. The beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels.
The apartment comes with an exclusive parking space in the adjacent indoor parking garage.
The local pebble stone beach is just 80 meters away and is great for an early morning lake dive or daylong on the beach. The central laketown Menaggio (4 kilometers) has many bars and restaurants to choose from and the place to be for ferry trips across the lake. Gems of the lake including Bellagio and Varenna are must sees and easiest reached by ferry boat from Menaggio or Cadenabbia.
